How I hate cover letters. I can knock out 9 page papers about things that I haven't researched, but if I try to type up a cover letter, I can't do it. It's nothing more than a two paragraph, specially formated letter stating my skills and interest in their company. Yet... I get the biggest writer's block I've ever gotten.
I can tackle everything, but a single, simple cover letter is my end all. I find that this new chapter to my life is wide open, yet that damn cover letter is slowing me down. Anybody else having this kind of problem? Or is it just me?
I was never good at putting myself in the spotlight. Or talking about myself in such a straightforward and blunt manner. But don't worry! I shall tackle this road block and move forward! I have to.
