One a Day

So, I have decided last night that I am going to paint once a day.  Digitally, of course.  As much as I would love to, I don't have the room to drag out all of my painting supplies.  So, I'll switch every week from Corel Painter and Photoshop.  This week, it's Corel.  I may not be able to post one pic a day, but I shall be working on one constantly.  Gotta keep the skills going forward.

The pic I posted earlier this week (of the eyes) was made with the pastel tool and blended with the blender tool that only added water.  Today, I used the acrylic tool.  Digital acrylic is kinda weird.  It does not act like acrylic as much as oil does for real.

I saw this sad puppy in my mind's eye sometime around midnight.  I was in bed by 3am.  Needless to say with the early start today, I was exhausted.  But I think it was well worth it.  This is the way that I can keep going forward towards my goal, and it makes me incredibly happy to do so.  Take care, everybody!
